OPEN POSITIONS:

Position Title: Cashier

Department: Office Staff

Status: Part Time. Monday – Friday, 3 – 6 pm, Every other Saturday, 8 am – 1 pm

Reports To: Office Manager

Responsibilities: The position is the first point of contact for customers, whether in person or on the telephone and responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service per Miller Auto Plaza standards, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently, cash register operations and safeguarding company assets.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Great customer service skills

 

Position Title: Lincoln-Nissan Service Advisor

Department: LN Service Department

Status: Full Time

Reports To: Lincoln-Nissan Service Manager

Responsibilities: The position is the acknowledging customers, meeting their needs and maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Relevant service department experience preferred and great customer service skills required.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license required.

 

Position Title: Inventory Specialist

Department: Inventory

Status: Full Time

Reports To: Inventory Manager

Responsibilities: The Inventory Specialist plays an extremely important role in customer satisfaction and the overall continued success of Miller Auto Plaza. The position is managing inventory, the lot and showroom set-up and assisting as needed throughout the dealership.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Self-starter, motivated and ability to prioritize and take direction a plus.

Requirements: Valid driver’s license required.

 

Position Title: Customer Care Representative

Department: Customer Care Center/Sales

Status:  3 Full Time

Reports To: Internet Sales Manager

Responsibilities: The Customer Care Representative is responsible for receiving and responding to web based leads and phone calls that result from prospects and customers visiting any of the Miller Web Sites, 3rd party leads, and Manufacture sites. Answering inbound customer requests by email and following up with all customers by phone.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Customer service experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and good working knowledge of computers required.

 

Position Title: GM Sales Consultant

Department: GM Sales

Status: Full Time

Reports To: GM Sales Manager

Responsibilities: The Sales Consultant is responsible for maintaining relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, prior retail sales experience required, vehicle sales experience preferred.

 

Position Title: Used Car Sales Consultant

Department: Used Car Sales

Status: 4 Full Time

Reports To: Used Car Sales Manager(s)

Responsibilities: The Sales Consultant is responsible for maintaining relationships with new and existing customers and provides information to maximize sales volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required, prior retail sales experience preferred and good communication skills required.
