Originally went to this dealership because of a mailing addressed to me saying they helped those with recent bankruptices and needed wheels. I went there, saw several vehicles I liked but never talked to anyone. Took my wife there and Mitch introduced himself. We talked for a few minutes, looked around, and left. Went back a month later, the vehicle we liked was still there, Mitch greeted us like old friends, and bent over backwards to put us in the vehicle that day, and he succeeded. I don't mean pushy, but supportive. He kept working on deals until WE got what we wanted. He wasn't concerned about the sale or dealership more than making sure we got what fit us. When it came time to get another vehicle my wife went back to Miller and made contact with Aaron Thompson. She told him we had gotten a vehicle there before and he found out who the salesman was, but Mitch was off that day. However, he spent a great deal of time with her and they discussed several things. When I could make it to the dealership that weekend we hooked up with Mitch and Aaron, and they both spent time with us. Because of my wife's special needs in a vehicle, it just couldn't be any thing we saw, and of course the age/mileage/price range limits. When our first choice didn't work out Mitch kept looking and working with us to help find a vehicle that fit our overall situation and was a good deal for us. During this experience and working through the financial end of it with Zeb, my wife and I both felt we were dealing with family. I would recommend this dealership, Mitch and Aaron to my family members, friends, and strangers. As long as Mitch is working there I will never go anywhere for my vehicles. I know I will always get the best I can get for the best price, and that's called value added.
My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Scott and Zeb on 7/16/2011. I had seen a truck online that I wanted to look at and we drove down on Saturday from Moorhead, MN.
We were greeted immediately by Scott and took the truck for a test drive. It is exactly what I was looking for and the price was very fair. Scott walked us through the loan application and Zeb went over the details with us.
We weren't completely sold with the first number we got so we had Zeb do some more work on getting the payment where it needed to be. In the end, we bought the truck and couldn't be happier!
Scott and Zeb were involved from start to finish and were very easy to work with. I remarked to Scott before we left the dealership that car shopping wasn't really something I looked forward to because I usually left feeling like I had been beaten up. This was not the case this time however!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience and had fun shopping. We have a 16 year old son who is saving his money to buy a car and we will be making the drive to Miller Auto Plaza when it's time to make a purchase. These guys are top notch in our book!

Having one of the largest showroom floors that I have ever seen; the selection at Miller Auto Plaza is second to none. They seem to have something for everyone, used or new. I was there to buy new.
I dealt primarily with Mike Fox who I believe is a new salesman - he isn't listed under employees yet. I did have to specifically ask for certain advertised discounts, namely the "Miller Discount", to be applied to the purchase agreement. It was a hefty difference of a couple thousand. There were a few other items that I had to ask for as well. I attribute this to him being a new guy rather than to any sort of dishonesty. He is a genuinely nice guy that I would be happy to work with again.
That being said, I got a fantastic deal on my 2012 Nissan Altima and have no major complaints. Buying a car is an involved process so everyone should pay attention to what they're signing or agreeing to because mistakes can be made!
Zeb Golder was awesome. He had plenty of advice while I was going through the process and making a decision on a vehicle. I only met Kelli briefly but she was very friendly and easy to talk with.
My salesman Steve was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to chat with us while we were waiting for financing to go through. If i know of somebody looking to buy a care i will certainly send them his way. Thanks a lot Steve!

Zeb is an expert in knowing the funding options available that best fit my personal needs. He and Mike didn't send us through the "run around" or haggling that we had previously been through at the other dealership earlier that day. We ended up with a great interest rate (better than offered through the other dealer) as well as having the peace of mind in purchasing a quality, new vehicle.

My lease was up on my vehicle, but my son was in a serious accident and couldn't be left alone for too long. I talked with Miller Nissan in St Cloud, MN and explained the situation. They arranged for a couple of cars for me to look at, as I already did the research. They filled out the all the paperwork before I got there, all I had to do was decide what color I wanted, sign for it and bring it home. They were very accomodating to my needs and took care of everything. I love my new car!
