We have looking at trading our Pathfinder and since we bought our first Pathfinder at Miller Auto there that is where we researched. The Miller auto team was great. My husband called the dealership and since Lucy wasn’t available they pointed us to Dylan. We set up an appointment to see him on Monday to look at the car. He was great at going over everything especially since the 2023 has really changed from the 2017 style. Steven an Kasai also made the time there go well.

Brandon was very helpful getting my lease for a new Nissan Frontier. I didn't think the lease numbers would work but he said as long as I was there it would hurt to drive the truck and check the numbers on my trade all without feeling any pressure. I'm glad I did because the lease numbers all worked out and I have my first Nissan from Miller. Brandon was knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure. The sales manager and finance people were equally as nice and helpful. This was the least stressful car buying experience I've had.

It's a challenging time to buy a vehicle. Lucy was extremely helpful with texts and phone calls walking us through the purchasing process. When we picked up the vehicle, she was knowledgeable on all the features, downloading Apps, etc. Jaimie in finance was easy to work really personable.
We were looking for a different vehicle for my husband. However I found a Lincoln MKX that I fell more and more in love with the more Harley showed me it’s features. We ended up trading the vehicle, I had just bought 6 months prior from a different dealership for the Lincoln. They walked us through everything and made the process smooth and easy. We walked in just to look at vehicles. Jared asked what we were looking for, he listened to everything we wanted in a vehicle. He walked in the back room and drove out a new Nissan Pathfinder which we ending up purchasing. We felt no pressure at all.
Last weekend we swung in a talked to Brady about what we were looking for. I ended up texting him Wednesday with much more specific wants. Somehow, by Friday we were in there and we took it home today. Everyone we worked with was great, not high pressure—just really focused on getting us what we wanted (and a bit more!) for what we were willing to budget. Such a different experience from the other dealerships we visited last week. This was my second vehicle from them, and probably not my last!

Purchased a 2015 1/2 ton 4wd with low miles for the year. Price was good, even by todays inflated prices. Overall experience, above and beyond, salesman (Scott) even took the time to paint parts of the rotors that could be seen through the rims. Having the rims painted was part of the deal. I had a percieved issue and received excellent customer service from management. and sales team Went from entering dealership to leaving with new car in less than 2 hours. Not use to paying full sticker price for new car but in todays market at least it wasn't more than MSRP. Fair price for a beautiful car.

I have never had such an easy transaction! I walked in on a Friday night while I was passing through town. Jared showed me a vehicle they just got in, and hadn't even been processed yet. I took it for a test drive. Nina, who works in Finance talked with me for less than 10 minutes and I was on my way. I spend around 30-45 minutes there.
