The safety of my family always comes first, so when my daughter's four wheel drive in her Pathfinder quit working, I called Chris O. at Miller's service department. They were able to have it looked at right away. Luckily, it was only a sensor, and they were able to get it back on the road in no time. Hats off to Chris and Dave who are a good representation of customer service at Miller Auto.

Everyone is friendly, and I needed my car fixed , right up front Jeremy said if we get the parts we can take care of it. He called back and said the parts should be there in a half an hour and he would call when it was done. He said about 3 and that’s exactly what happen. This is one amazing place! I never thought getting an oil change and rotation could be so enjoyable! I had 2 little ones with me and was treated to a real nice afternoon. Friendly people, fun indoor playgrounds for the kids, free snacks, and great prices on their services. I definitely will be going back to this dealership! Oh, and thank you for the free car wash!

brought truck in for two issues def tank which was resolved. other issue was for elevated idle missing from radio. said they could not find anything. I searched internet and found service bulletin 21-na-219 which addresses the issue. I guess i thought the dealer would have that as well.

Dusty in the service department is amazing.
I needed our Pathfinder to be in tip top shape before our upcoming family trip. Dave had found both front wheel bearings were bad and after new tires and an alignment, it's like a new car again. I have always had Chris O. take care of our vehicles, I hope he recovers soon. I'm sure he knows his crew is 100% capable of taking care of their customers while he is out. We have looking at trading our Pathfinder and since we bought our first Pathfinder at Miller Auto there that is where we researched. The Miller auto team was great. My husband called the dealership and since Lucy wasn’t available they pointed us to Dylan. We set up an appointment to see him on Monday to look at the car. I went to look at a 2022 Rogue Sport and worked with Justin who was honest and informed me it was a smaller vehicle. Took out a 2023 Rogue which I liked; then we drove the 2023 Pathfinder Rock Creek which meets our towing needs and looks awesome! I would definitely refer anyone to Miller for their next vehicle!!

I bought another car from here, dealt with the same salesman, Dylan (who was very generous with his time as it was an hour past closing before we finished everything) and had another good experience. Late Sunday night I developed a problem with my car. Monday morning I was committed to a 7 hour round trip and wasn't sure if the car was reliable to get me there and back. I drove to Miller Auto early Monday without an appointment and asked service dept if they could troubleshoot so I knew what was going on with the car. They got me in and confirmed active fault codes and did test drive. I did not have time for repair but with that information, I was confident to use car for long trip.

Brandon was very helpful getting my lease for a new Nissan Frontier. I didn't think the lease numbers would work but he said as long as I was there it would hurt to drive the truck and check the numbers on my trade all without feeling any pressure. I'm glad I did because the lease numbers all worked out and I have my first Nissan from Miller. Brandon was knowledgeable and helpful without any pressure. The sales manager and finance people were equally as nice and helpful. This was the least stressful car buying experience I've had.

It's a challenging time to buy a vehicle. Lucy was extremely helpful with texts and phone calls walking us through the purchasing process. When we picked up the vehicle, she was knowledgeable on all the features, downloading Apps, etc. Jaimie in finance was easy to work really personable.

Whenever my vehicles have needed maintenance service I have always brought them to Millers’ Auto service and with good results. Friendly receptionists and agents who listen keep me coming back and the costs of their maintenance services are reasonable.
I was happy with the service, but disappointed in the amount of time I had to wait. It was extended due to a lunch break in the middle of the service.
We were looking for a different vehicle for my husband. However I found a Lincoln MKX that I fell more and more in love with the more Harley showed me it’s features. We ended up trading the vehicle, I had just bought 6 months prior from a different dealership for the Lincoln. They walked us through everything and made the process smooth and easy. It was a far superior experience, no stress, no worries and friendly staff. I would recommend coming the Miller! They make it happen!

I purchased tires from Nissan last winter and should receive free tire rotations. I was charged for my rotation (must not keep on file 🤷♀️), but I was able to get a refund.
