Why We’re a Miller Auto & Marine Family [Video]

At Miller Auto & Marine, we work to provide our customers the best possible experience. We do this not only to ensure your purchasing process is an enjoyable one, but also because we want you to come back! Today, I won’t be sharing our perspective on the sales and service you can expect from Miller Auto & Marine. Instead, you’ll hear from The Koehn Family – who’ve been Miller Auto & Marine customers for the past 20 years.   

Carl and Kimberly Koehn, along with their two sons Caden and Carl III, share why their last seven vehicle purchases have all been from Miller Auto & Marine. 

Carl, who works as the St. Cloud Branch Manager at Manpower, and Kimberly, who works as a Destination Wedding Specialist are both St. Cloud natives.  Over the past 20 years, they’ve purchased seven vehicles from Miller Auto & Marine, regularly choosing to lease their vehicles. According to Carl, “If our lease is up and we need a new vehicle, this is the first place we shop.”


Finding a Vehicle to Meet their Needs

As a self-described “hockey family,” The Koehns know having a vehicle with all-wheel drive is important for all the winter driving they do. On weekends, they travel to other cities for hockey games and tournaments, and there’s usually practice several times a week. “I always joke that we are in our vehicle more than we are at home.” Kimberly stated. 

Why We're a Miller Auto & Marine Family - The Koehn Family - 2016 GMC Sierra DenaliTheir current vehicle is a 2016 GMC Sierra Denali, a vehicle that meets their needs in terms performance, space, and price.  As Kimberly notes, “I love that the goalie bag can go in the back and we don’t have to smell the hockey equipment.”

While the Koehn Family looks at what other dealerships have to offer, they always end up coming back to Miller Auto & Marine. To hear Carl tell it, “They’re so flexible and they’ll help us find what we need and be where we want to be as far as the price is concerned.” As well as, “I can’t say enough about the service department, they’re awesome.”


Advice for Future Customers

  • “Make sure you know what you want, and come here and tell them what you’re looking for and they’ll help you dig. They’ll help you find the vehicle you’re looking for.”
  • “They’ll work with you to find that balance between what you’re looking for and what you can afford. That’s why we come here, they help us find that balance.”
  • “We stay within our budget for our vehicle, but yet we get what we want, or at least close to what we’re looking for.”
